We do accept returns within the statutory period and refunds will be given on condition that the unit is returned to us in new condition. In the rare instance where there is a perceived fault with a unit and distance is involved we may offer to provide spares if this is the easiest way to resolve the situation. However, you are at liberty to insist on a new unit if this is your preference.
We don’t charge for return carriage back to you, but we do expect that you pay the carriage charge back to us if you are returning the unit for reasons other than a fault or if the unit has been deliberately or carelessly damaged You are welcome to contact us by Email or by phone if you have any further questions on this subject.
We guarantee all our stompers for 2 years and we automatically add a further one year if you register your Logjam product with us. We hope that you won’t mind receiving news from us via Email which we generally do several times a year (we won’t bombard you with spam Email). You can choose to opt out from this altogether if you prefer.
When a Logjam stomper comes into us for repair we generally completely refurbish the unit. This may include replacement of the base material, the capsule and the application of a fresh coat of Linseed oil. We like our units to go back to you in excellent condition.
